Dennis Cronk, a Roanoke native, is President/CEO of Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group, where he specializes in commercial and investment sales, leasing, and consulting.
Over the course of the past 34 years, Dennis has served in numerous leadership positions both in the real estate profession and the community, including serving as the President of the National Association of REALTORS® and Chairman of the City of Roanoke Economic Development Authority. His experience includes commercial, industrial, and investment properties in the value range of $10,000 to $30,000,000, representing both first-time home buyers and Fortune 500 corporations. Having served as an Exclusive Buyer-Agent, Exclusive Seller-Agent, and consultant, he has gained valuable experience in serving buyers and sellers alike. In addition to serving as an agent, Dennis has represented corporations and investors as a Fee Consultant in developing properties and determining the feasibility of projects.
