Matt Huff, a life-long native of the Roanoke region, is an Associate Broker with Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group where he specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial, industrial, and investment properties.
A Summa Cum Laude Honor graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance, Matt's previous experience includes working with a commercial real estate investment portfolio manager arranging over $90,000,000 in investments into commercial real estate projects throughout the United States.
Since joining the firm Matt has excelled in both sales and leasing and was the recent recipient of the Poe & Cronk Overall Top Producer Award. He leverages his innovative financial skills along with his strong network of industry and national contacts to creatively find and match buyer's and seller's needs. Matt's lifetime of local networking has granted him strong relationships and recognition within the regional political and economic communities, and he was named one of Roanoke's "Top 20 Under 40" in 2010. His professional experience and success-driven work ethic produce results that consistently exceed his clients' expectations.
Matt has been awarded the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) qualification. The designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a high level of transactional experience and success. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, only about 6% have currently achieved the CCIM designation.
