Terri Hergrueter, a Roanoke native, joined Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group as a Marketing and Administration Assistant. She provides support to the Sales and Leasing Team of Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group. Her duties include correspondence, designing flyers/brochures/marketing proposals, creating spreadsheets, sending email alerts, handling bulk mailings, entering information into the MLS, Loopnet, Eproperty system and producing the Annual Office Market Survey Report and the Poe & Cronk Property Showcase for the firm.
Before joining Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group, Terri was employed by Lee-Moore Capital Co., a real estate development/investment company in Sanford, N.C. She worked in Operations/Risk Management where she was responsible for coordinating environmental compliance, research and site analysis, compiling housing studies, liability and property insurance, lease administration and marketing.
