A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized professional in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. The 240 hours of graduate-level curriculum and professional experience requirements ensure that a CCIM is skilled both theory and practice. Only 6,000 commercial real estate professionals hold the CCIM designation, which reflects the caliber of the program and why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.
