ROANOKE, VA - October 1, 2005 - Poe & Cronk negotiated a long-term, 12,500 square foot lease for American Health Care in Tanglewood Executive Park, located at 5372 Fallowater Lane in Roanoke, Virginia. Poe & Cronk's Richard Wellford, CCIM, CPM and Dennis Cronk, CCIM, CIPS, CRE represented American Healthcare, LLC in the transaction. The company, which maintains corporate offices in Roanoke and Richmond, is the operator of seventeen skilled nursing facilities throughout the state of Virginia. The landlord, Snyder-Hunt LLC, was represented by Read Lunsford of Hall Associates.
