Poe & Cronk Names New Property Manager
Stephen R. Stimeling II Will Oversee Wachovia Tower, Thomas Mason Federal Office Building
ROANOKE, VA - October 24, 2005 - Stephen R. Stimeling II has been named Property Manager for Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group. As Property Manager for Poe & Cronk, Stimeling oversees the day-to-day systems and operations of the Thomas Mason Federal Office Building.
Stimeling has been working in the facility management field since 1987. He is certified in Electrical Systems and Illumination, and holds a Universal C.F.C. Certification. His experience includes management of retail shopping centers, government buildings and high-rise commercial office space.
