Poe & Cronk Selected to Serve as the Exclusive Leasing and Management Representative by Healthcare Realty Trust
ROANOKE, VA - July 5, 2006 - Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated, a real estate investment trust ("REIT"), (HR:NYSE) that integrates owning, managing and developing properties associated with the delivery of healthcare services throughout the United States selected Poe & Cronk as the Exclusive Leasing and Management Representative for its real estate portfolio in Salem, Roanoke and New River Valley.
Properties include the (115,000 SF) Lee-Hi Business Center and a number of medical clinics formerly occupied by Lewis-Gale Clinic.
Richard Wellford, CCIM, CPM, a broker with Poe & Cronk since the formation of the firm's Healthcare Division in 2003, will serve as the exclusive leasing agent. Mr. Wellford is the former Associate Vice President and East Regional Manager of Healthcare Realty Services, where he was responsible for the management of over 3.4 million square feet of medical and healthcare-related properties.
