Poe & Cronk Announces Sale of Lynchburg Parking Garage

ROANOKE, VA - October 2, 2006 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the three-story parking garage located at 1001 Commerce Street in Downtown Lynchburg, Virginia, according to Dennis Cronk, the broker responsible for the sale. The garage adjacent to SunTrust Bank was originally constructed in 1949. The owner Allright Properties, Inc., sold the property to 1001 Commerce Street, LLC for $632,000.
