Poe & Cronk Announces 58,000 S.F. Lease with Synchrony, Inc. at Valley Tech Park, Roanoke, Virginia
ROANOKE, VA - June 15, 2007 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group handled negotiations for 58,000 square foot single tenant industrial building in Valley Tech Park to Synchrony, Inc.
Synchrony is a company specializing in the development and production of magnetic bearings, controls, and power systems for high speed rotating machinery. The company has begun to offer its products to customers, and the new facility will allow the company to greatly increase the scale of its manufacturing operations. There will also be additional space to increase its research and development activities. The new facility will be utilized for research and manufacturing activities.
The Valley Tech Manufacturing Facility was originally constructed and occupied by Rusco, a locally owned manufacturer of windows.
