ITT Corporation Signs Lease for a 15,233 S.F. R&D Facility
Poe & Cronk handled the negotiations on behalf of the Landlord
ROANOKE, VA - September 5, 2007 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces a new lease agreement with ITT Corporation for a 15,233 square foot research and development building located at 7670 Enon Drive, Roanoke, Virginia.
The new facility will be occupied by ITT Night Vision, the world's leading developer, producer and supplier of Generation III Image Intensified Fire Technology for US and Allied Military Forces as well as federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.
