Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of Southwood Manor Home and 7 Acres of Development Land

Southwood Manor Home, Roanoke, VA ROANOKE, VA - September 5, 2007 - Darrell Morris of Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces the sale of the Southwood Development to ICON Development, LLC from Retirement Community Inc, a subsidiary of the Friendship Foundation.

The 7 acre parcel represents the final phase of Roanoke’s first gated community. The development is located on Kingsbury Drive adjacent to K-Mart on Franklin Road in South Roanoke. The property sold for 1.3 Million Dollars.
