Poe & Cronk Announces Three Long Term Leases in Roanoke's Premier Office Building Totaling 76,900 S.F.
HSMM-AECOM, Wachovia Bank, & Catawba Capital Management
ROANOKE, VA - December 26, 2007 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announced today three new long term leases in the Wachovia Tower.
Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern, Inc (HSMM-AECOM) a nationally ranked, awarding winning architectural and engineering firm headquartered in Roanoke will relocate a major portion of its Roanoke operation to three floors of the Wachovia Tower in October 2008.
Wachovia Bank has entered into a lease agreement to extend their occupancy of the Tower following the expiration of their original long term lease initially entered into by Dominion Bank in 1994.
Catawba Capital Management, an Investment Counseling Firm headquartered in Western Virginia, relocated their headquarters to the Wachovia Tower in December.
According to Dennis Cronk, President/CEO of Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group, "The lease agreements will bring the total occupancy of the Wachovia Tower to 97%, the highest level of occupancy since the tower was originally constructed in 1994." Poe & Cronk represents the Tower Ownership as its Exclusive Leasing and Management firm.
