Poe & Cronk Announces Sale of Former Yellow Cab Property in Downtown Roanoke
Thom Hubard and Dennis Cronk represented the owners in the sale of the property.
ROANOKE, VA - January 4, 2008 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the former Yellow Cab Property in Downtown Roanoke.
The 1.2 Acre parcel located at 25 Williamson Road adjacent to Hotel Roanoke sold for $1,300,000.
The original parcel was acquired in 1942 by the owners of Yellow Cab.
The purchaser, PHTW, LLC will be redeveloping the property for retail uses.
