Poe & Cronk Announces Sale of Billy's Ritz Building in Historic Downtown Roanoke
Cindy Fendley, CCIM and Barry Ward were responsible for bringing about the sale.
ROANOKE, VA - February 20, 2008 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the former Billy's Ritz Building in Historic Downtown Roanoke. Originally constructed as a hotel in 1912 and operated as a restaurant for the past 27 years until its closing on December 31, 2007.
The property includes a total of 21,700 SF in two multi-story structures. The sales price was $1,700,000.
Cindy Fendley represented the owners and Barry Ward represented the purchasers who will be redeveloping the property.
