Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of 7,000 SF Office/Retail Building on Brambleton Avenue
ROANOKE, VA - April 28, 2008 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 3643 Brambleton Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia.
The 7,000 SF Office/Retail Building sold for $900,000. Bill Poe, CCIM, SIOR represented the owner in the transaction. Sylvan Learning Center is the current tenant in the building.
