Timberbrook Properties Purchases Properties in City
Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group Represented the Purchaser
ROANOKE, VA - August 4, 2008 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces the sale of two properties in SW Roanoke’s Historic District from the architectural and engineering firm Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern. Inc., "HSMM". The purchase price was $1,125,000.
The sale consisted of the 12,500-square-foot single story office building at 1202 Franklin Road, S.W. and the 0.28-acre lot across the street used for satellite parking. Timberbrook Properties, XI LLC, a local investment firm will operate the property as the Landlord under a lease with HSMM.
