Salem VA Medical Center Federal Credit Union Purchased Land for Future Home in Downtown Salem

DMV Roanoke Office to Relocate to Valleypointe Office Park in 2009

Salem VA Medical Center Federal Credit Union SALEM, VA - August 6, 2008 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces the sale of three contiguous parcels on the SW corner of W. Main Street and Union Street for a total price of $1,250,000.00. The site was the former location of the Salem Car Wash and Antique shop.

Both the Car Wash and the Antique shop were demolished and the lots cleared prior to purchase. The .83 Acres was purchased by the Salem VA Medical Center Federal Credit Union. Peter Ostaseski of Poe & Cronk represented the Purchaser.
