Matt Huff Joins Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group
ROANOKE, VA - October 6, 2008 - Matt Huff, a native of the Roanoke area, is an agent with Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group where he specializes in both the sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, and investment properties.
An Honor graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance, Matt's previous experience includes working with an investment portfolio manager arranging over $90 million in financing for commercial real estate projects throughout the eastern United States.
Matt's professional affiliations include the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS®, the Virginia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. He is currently working toward the completion of the requirements by the REALTORS® National Marketing Institute for the professional designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
