Former NBC Bank Building Sold
Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group represented the Seller
ROANOKE, VA - October 13, 2008 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces the sale of 2706 Ogden Road to .com Properties, LLC. The purchase price was $2,000,000.
The sale included an 18,000 square-foot three story building at the corner of Electric and Ogden Roads situated on 1.04 acres and zoned, Commercial/Retail C-2. The purchaser is a local investment firm with plans to lease the first floor for retail use and the 2 upper floors as offices.
