Poe & Cronk announces the Sale of Former Woolworths and Campbell Mart Building located in Downtown Roanoke
ROANOKE, VA - January 23, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the Former Woolworths and Campbell Mart Building located at 24/26 Campbell Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia. The Building fronts on both Campbell Avenue and Kirk Avenue.
The 36,000 SF Retail Building sold for $800,000. Barry Ward represented the owner in the transaction.
