Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of Former Auto Dealership on Franklin Road in the City of Roanoke
ROANOKE, VA - January 23, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announces the sale of the former auto dealership property at 3130 Franklin Road, Roanoke, Virginia. The former home of Mercedes and Volvo new car dealer West Motor Sales.
The building consists of 10,261 SF for the Service Area with Service Bays and 3,959 SF for the showroom and 150 spaces for Retail Display. The building sold for $1,400,000 to STH Investment Group LLC with the intent of relocating the Dave Sarmadi Mitsubishi from West Main Street in Salem, VA.
