Medical Arts Building Sold - 16,000 SF Medical and Office Building
CHRISTIANSBURG, VA - May 7, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the Medical Arts Building.
The 16,000 SF Building located at 10 Hickock Street sold for $900,000. Homer Bartley and Darrell Morris represented the owner in this transaction.
