ROANOKE, VA - June 8, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of former auto dealership located at 6902 Peters Creek Road, Roanoke, Virginia.
The 7,000 SF building situated on 1.58 Acres sold for $1,125,000. Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group's Dennis Cronk and Matt Huff represented the owner with Thom Hubard representing the Purchaser.
