Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated Signs Lease for 75,000 SF Distribution Center
Poe & Cronk handled the negotiations on behalf of the Landlord
ROANOKE, VA - August 3, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces a new long term lease agreement with Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated for a 75,000 square foot distribution facility located at Valley Gateway Business Park, Roanoke, Virginia.
Expansion Announcement and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is scheduled for August 5, 2009. Dennis Cronk and Doug Wright of Poe & Cronk handled the lease negotiations.
