ITT Technical College signs Longterm Lease for 18,800SF at Lee Hi Business Center, Salem, VA
Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group handled the negotiations on behalf of the Landlord
SALEM, VA - August, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces a new lease agreement with ITT Technical College for an 18,672 square foot space located at 2159 Apperson Drive, Salem, Virginia. Richard Wellford of Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group handled the Lease Negotiations between ITT and the Landlord.
ITT Technical College will open their operations November 1, 2009. Lee Hi Business Center is also occupied by Liberty Medical and Allstate. Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group leases and manages the 116,000 SF Business Center.
