Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of Lakeside Retail Center, Salem, Virginia
SALEM, VA - August, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of Lakeside Retail Center in Salem, Virginia.
The 20,000 SF Building located at 227 Electric Road (Route 419), Salem sold for $1.17 Million. Cindy Fendley, CCIM represented the owner in the transaction. The new owner will upgrade the property with façade improvements. Currently 3,250 SF rental space is available. Fendley will continue in the role of the Leasing Agent.
