ROANOKE, VA - September 21, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 3109 Brambleton Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia. The property is currently under lease to multiple tenants.
The 11,844 SF Office/Retail Building sold for $615,000. Cindy Fendley, CCIM and Bryan Musselwhite represented the Seller and Peter Ostaseski, CCIM represented the Purchaser in the transaction.
