Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of Applebee’s at 4510 Challenger Avenue, Roanoke, VA
ROANOKE, VA - October 9, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 4510 Challenger Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia.
This 5,127 SF restaurant sold for $2.25 Million. The property was purchased by White Oak Ventures LLC representing a group of local investors.
Applebee's is under a long term triple net lease. Thomas M. Hubard, CCIM CPM represented the Purchaser in this transaction.
