ROANOKE, VA - October 29, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces the sale of 1401 Franklin Road (former Carter Osborne Building) in SW Roanoke's Historic District.

A local investment group, 1401 Franklin, LLC, purchased the property for $750,000. Ms. Guelich plans on moving her office to this location.
