Former Moody Graphics Building Sells to Local Investment Group
Matt Huff and Dennis Cronk handled the transaction for the Buyer and Seller
ROANOKE, VA - October 30, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces the sale of 810 Connecticut Avenue in the City of Roanoke. The property was formerly occupied by Moody Graphics.
A&M Enterprises, LP, a local investment group, purchased the 14,027 SF building for $900,000. Dennis Cronk and Matt Huff of Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group will represent the new owner in identifying a new tenant for the property, which may be expanded to 21,500 SF.
