IHOP to Open in Former Fuddruckers Building in Salem
ROANOKE, VA - November 18, 2009 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of an 8,000 SF restaurant building to SS Acquisition, LLC which is located at 201 Electric Road, Salem, Virginia.
This building, which was the formerly occupied by Fuddruckers, sold for $962,500 and will be converted to an IHOP. The business is scheduled to open in the 1st quarter of 2010. Dennis Cronk and Matt Huff represented the owner in this transaction.
