Poe & Cronk Selects ePropertyData as its Commercial Information Exchange Provider
GIG HARBOR, WA - December 9, 2009 - Poe & Cronk, a full service Virginia commercial real estate company, has selected ePropertyData to serve as its commercial information exchange (CIE) solutions provider. Owned by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), ePropertyData will develop a custom platform that enables brokers to operate more efficiently while providing superior services to their clients.
"Poe & Cronk investigated various CIE providers and selected ePropertyData for its leading edge technology and in-depth knowledge of the industry," said Dennis Cronk, president and CEO, Poe & Cronk. "The powerful CIE will provide our brokers with maximum exposure of their properties with single input, allowing more time to provide consultative value to clients." Poe & Cronk listings will automatically be posted on broker websites and be further distributed and syndicated to CommercialSource.com, the national commercial real estate listing platform and marketplace operated by ePropertyData on behalf of NAR and other websites.
Poe & Cronk's new CIE will house both historical and transactional data allowing brokers to easily track sold and leased properties in their marketplace.
