Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of the Former Advance Auto Warehouse
ROANOKE, VA - January 4, 2010 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 365 Salem Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia.
The 44,000 SF Building sold for $450,000. Cindy Fendley, CCIM and Richard Wellford, CCIM represented the owner in this transaction. The Purchaser is a developer and has developed some other downtown living units in downtown Roanoke.
