ROANOKE, VA - January 6, 2010 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 317 Kimball Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia to a local investment group.
The 11,200 SF Mixed use development Building sold for $575,000. Matt Huff and Dennis Cronk handled the sale for the Seller in this transaction.
