Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of Investment Property in Chatham, Virginia
CHATHAM, VA - January 14, 2010 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces the sale of 220 Tightsqueeze Road in Chatham, Virginia by an investment group out of Richmond.
Chatham Company, L.C. purchased this retail property from AHT Properties, L.C. for $550,000. Matt Huff and Dennis Cronk represented the Seller in these negotiations. Cindy Fendley and Bryan Musselwhite facilitated the sale.
