Poe & Cronk Announces 7,700 SF warehouse leased to Pro Logics at Lakeside Retail Center, Salem, Virginia
SALEM, VA - January 21, 2010 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced that Pro Logics has leased 7,700 SF warehouse space at Lakeside Retail Center in Salem, Virginia.
Cindy Fendley, CCIM represented the owner in the transaction and Doug Wright represented the tenant. Pro Logics is a distributor of printed materials.
