Poe & Cronk Announces the sale of Applebee's at 2790 Market Street, Christiansburg, VA
CHRISTIANSBURG, VA - January 26, 2010 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 2790 Market Street, Christiansburg, Virginia.
The 4,524 SF restaurant sold for $1,855,000. The property was purchased by White Pine Ventures, LLC representing a group of local investors.
Applebee's is under a long term triple net lease. Thomas M. Hubard, CCIM CPM represented the Purchaser in this transaction.
