Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of 24,000 SF Roanoke County Warehouse
ROANOKE, VA - February 19, 2010 - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 7704 Enon Drive, Roanoke, Virginia to Third Capital, Inc.
The 24,000 SF Industrial Building sold for $1,125,000 and will be used to serve Roanoke residents in the recycling of colored glass. Barry L. Ward, Jr. represented the purchaser in the transaction.
