Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of 92 Acres in Botetourt

Mt. Joy, Botetourt County, VA BOTETOURT, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announces the sale of 91 acres of farm land at Mount Joy Road in Botetourt County.

+/- 69 acres sold for $6,300 per acre, 12 acres for $6,500 per acre and 10 acres for $5,000 per acre. Darrell Morris and Homer Bartley represented the Seller in this transaction.
