Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of The Colony

The Colony, Roanoke, VA ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale an investment property known as The Colony in Roanoke, Virginia.

The Retail/Office Buildings located at 2301, 2305 and 2311 Colonial Avenue sold for $465,000. Cindy Fendley, CCIM and Bryan Musselwhite represented the owner in the transaction. Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group will continue in the role of Property Management.
