Poe & Cronk Announces NEW CVS/pharmacy Location
ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 4126 Plantation Road, Roanoke, Virginia.
The 15,278 SF Retail Property, the former home of Empire Foods, sold for $675,000. The existing building will be removed to make way for a new CVS/pharmacy. Dennis Cronk, CCIM CIPS CRE represented the Seller in this transaction.
