Poe & Cronk Announces the Sale of Downtown Roanoke Office Building
ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 15 E. Salem Avenue, in Historic Downtown Roanoke, Virginia.
This 19,478 SF office building sold for $1,912,000. Bryan Musselwhite represented the property owner, M.T. Holding Company, LLC and Cindy Fendley, CCIM represented the Purchaser, JS Property Holdings, LLC in this transaction. Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group will manage the Office Building for the new owners.
