Poe & Cronk Announces New 14,000 SF 15 Year Lease Signed by Single Tenant

, Roanoke, VA ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the execution of a new 14,000 square foot office lease at the Former Moody Graphic Building in NE Roanoke City. The building was vacated by Moody Graphics in 2007.

Matt Huff and Dennis Cronk represented the property owner in the procurement of the new tenant and successfully negotiated the new lease. Poe & Cronk will serve as Construction Manager overseeing the redevelopment of the property and serve as the Property Manager throughout the lease term.
