Poe & Cronk Announces New 47,000 SF Single Tenant Downtown Office Lease Signed

, Roanoke, VA ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the execution of a new 47,000 square foot office lease at the Stone Printing Building on North Jefferson Street adjacent to The Roanoke Higher Education Center.

The Stone Printing Building was vacated in July 2009 where it had previously served as the former home of the Social Security Administration. Matt Huff and Bryan Musselwhite represented the building owner in procuring the new tenant and successfully negotiating the lease.
