ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the auto dealership property located at 6900 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, Virginia.
The main building consists of a 28,000 SF showroom, office area, parts, repair and detail area and a 2,000 SF second building/ showroom. The property sold to Pelewood Properties, LLC. Homer Bartley and William Poe, CCIM, SIOR represented the Seller in this transaction.
