Poe & Cronk Announces New Lease and Sale of Investment Property at Crossroads Mall
ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the lease and sale of 5200 Cross Road, Roanoke, Virginia, the former location of Blockbuster Video Store at Crossroads ] Mall.
The 6,400 SF building was leased by Poe & Cronk to Regency Beauty Institute, a national Beauty School offering a comprehensive cosmetology program. The Long Term Triple Net Lease and property was purchased for $1,150,000.
Barry Ward represented the Seller in both the lease and sale, while Cindy Fendley, CCIM and Bryan Musselwhite represented the Purchaser in this transaction.
