Poe & Cronk Announces the Relocation of Medical Equipment Manufacturer to Franklin County

Solution Matrix, Franklin County, VA ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced a new manufacturing location in the Franklin County Commerce Park for Solution Matrix Inc., a leader in cold-therapy products for the health care industry. The company expects to be in operation by November 2011 and create 80 jobs within 3 years.

Matt Huff of Poe and Cronk Real Estate Group represented Solution Matrix in their relocation from Pennsylvania and negotiated a mutually beneficial agreement that will result in job growth and a new 25,000 SF manufacturing facility to be built by the company.
