ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the Former Thelma's Restaurant located at 526 Orange Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia.

This 3,900 SF building sold for $370,000 to Best Properties LLC. Darrell Morris represented the Seller in this transaction.
