Poe & Cronk Announces Sale in Dublin, VA
ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of a 2.43 Acre Parcel on Cleburne Avenue in Dublin, VA.
The 2.43 acre site zoned for commercial use was sold to O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. for $373,500. Jim Bolling, on behalf of Poe & Cronk negotiated the sale and represented the Seller.
