Fazoli's Christiansburg, VA ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the Fazoli's Restaurant located at 105 Laurel Street in Christiansburg, Virginia.

This 3,300 SF retail building sold for $575,000. Peter Ostaseski, CCIM represented the Seller in this transaction.
